What do you mean by "AI search"?
Homeowners now type or say things like "who's a good AC company near me?" into ChatGPT, Google's AI answers at the top of search, or Siri. Those tools name just a few companies. AI search is about making sure yours is one of them.
Will callers know they're not talking to my office?
Calls are answered in your company name, using your prices, service area and booking rules. Emergencies are passed to a real person right away, like you or your on-call tech. If our answering ever has a problem, calls forward straight to your phone.
Do I have to switch software?
No. HelloGo works alongside the tools you already use, whether that's Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or a paper calendar. We don't connect directly to that software yet; direct connections are on our list. For now, booked jobs and messages come to you the way you choose, like text or email.
How fast will I see results?
Most companies are set up in a couple of weeks. Showing up more on Google and ChatGPT takes longer, often a few months, and we can't guarantee rankings. Nobody honest can.
Why is the tune-up one-time but the other plans monthly?
The tune-up is a fixed job: we fix your listing and site, test your phones, and hand you a plan. Call answering runs every day, and staying visible needs regular upkeep, so those are monthly. Start a monthly plan within 60 days of a tune-up and we credit half the tune-up price.
