For companies on Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan

Keep your software. We fill the gaps it doesn't cover.

Your job software is great once a job is booked. We help with the part before that: getting found, getting the call answered, and following up until it's booked.

Where the gaps are

What your software does, and what it leaves to you

These are good tools for scheduling, quotes and invoices, and reviewers often praise how easy they are to use. Here's an honest look at what's left over.

Prices and features are from each company's own pages as of October 2026 and may change.

Answering the phone

They sell it now, as an add-on you set up

All three offer AI call answering. You still have to set it up, tune it and keep an eye on it.

  • Reviews from owners are mixed
  • We set it up, keep tuning it, and back it up with your phone and a real person for emergencies
  • If theirs already works for you, keep it

Some call it a big step up from voicemail. Others report hang-ups once callers hear it's AI, and bookings with no job details.

Prices and sources

Jobber's AI Receptionist is included on its Plus plan, or $29/month for 30 conversations plus $0.79 each after that on other plans. Housecall Pro sells CSR AI and a live answering service (HCP Assist) separately, without a public price. ServiceTitan's AI voice agent is billed per call, and every call counts, even hang-ups and test calls. Owners also mention a script that feels locked to the request form and older customers getting confused.

Showing up in search

Mostly left up to you

Your software can send review requests, and some include a basic website. Getting found takes hands-on work beyond that.

  • Fixing your Google listing (the one on Google Maps)
  • A page for each town and service you cover
  • Checking whether ChatGPT names your business

Where we help: that's what our tune-up does.

Jobber add-ons (reviews and website are marketing tools; the rest is on you)

Cost

The price climbs with add-ons

A common complaint in reviews of all three: the base price grows once you add what you actually need.

  • Answering, marketing and extra users often cost more
  • ServiceTitan reviewers also mention long setup, hard-to-exit contracts and slow support

Our pricing: a one-time tune-up, and monthly plans you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

Follow-up

The tools are there. Someone has to run them.

Reminders and pipelines exist, but someone has to set them up and keep chasing open estimates.

  • Some reviewers say quote and invoice emails land in spam
  • A fast text back to missed callers keeps you in the running

Urgent callers don't leave voicemails. They call the next company.

How we work with your software

Works alongside what you already use

You don't switch anything. We don't connect directly to Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan yet. Booked jobs and messages come to you the way you choose (text or email), and you or your office enter them like any other job. If you already pay for their answering add-on, we'll tell you honestly whether you need ours.
